Sean served as Project Architect and Architectural Lead for Three Rivers Casino RV Park, guiding the project from early concept through permit submittal in under three months. Her work included site planning, exterior expression, finish selection, construction documentation, and coordination across the architectural and consultant teams.

Working within an aggressive schedule and constrained fee, she managed architectural effort and staff resources while coordinating civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and landscape disciplines into a complete permit set.
